ITEC 1001 - Assignment #1 - HTML Home page
Due: Friday, January 18th, 2008, noon
Using this simple HTML guide build
a simple web page about yourself. THIS PAGE MUST BE EDITED BY HAND! So
please do not use Frontpage or any other web editor to do the job. For this
exercise, Notepad is your friend. Your page must have the following elements:
- A title.
- A heading with your name
- An image. Preferably of yourself. But something that's interesting to you is fine.
- A link to another web page with a meaningful descriptor. See the simple HTML guide above for an example.
- Any other interesting tidbits about yourself that you are willing to share.
Please use WebCT to submit
your web page.
Note that your HTML page will not view properly once loaded into WebSubmit
unless your images utilize an external image hosting site. You will be
using external webspace for your images. Doing so will show off
the power of hyperlinking.
